This step is easy and hassle free! Once the app is downloaded onto a phone or tablet and a profile is created, you just plug into auxiliary cable and you’re good to go!

MyTrak works completely in the venue’s favour. We give the venue full control over what type of music they want played. You have the ability to block entire genres and albums out of your venue play list. Don’t want to hear heavy metal? No problem, simply add to “no play.” Not a Justin Bieber fan? That can be arranged as well. Essentially your venue is making a personalised music playlist that users can ask for songs to be added it is simply the venues discretion whether or not you will allow it.

Yes! Our library contains over 18 MILLION full-licensed songs. We are 100% licensed through APRA/AMCOS, ARIA and Sony Musics and we stream via the fully licensed streaming service, 7Digital.

With venues, the opportunities are endless! Each month, venues receive up to 50% back on all in-app purchases. This means, whenever a customer requests to move their song to the top of the list via in-app purchasing, you will receive up to 50% of that purchase price back to your bank account of choice. At the end of the month, you receive a digital report giving you precious information and insight into your customers spending habit as well as crucial demographic information and history.
